The Website (all Susano websites may hereafter be referred to, both individually and collectively, as "The Website") from which you accessed this agreement is provided to you subject to the conditions listed below.
Any Non-Human Visitors to these Websites shall be considered agents of the individual(s) who controls, authors or otherwise makes use of them. Such individual(s) shall be deemed responsible for the actions of their Non-Human Visitor devices in the same manner as if they personally visited the Website.
The access rights granted to you under the Terms Of Use are non-transferable without the express written permission of the owner of Susano. You are responsible for the actions of any other person who may utilize your access rights on the Susano Website.
The following terms and conditions govern all use of the Susano Website(s) and all content, services and products available at or through the Website. The Website is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other associated operating rules and policies (including, without limitation, Susano Privacy Policy).
Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Susano Website. By accessing or using any part of the Website, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Website or use any services.
The Website is available only to individuals who are at least 13 years old. If you are not yet 13 years old, you must stop using the Website immediately or else provide Susano with written parental approval.
A special restriction on a visitor's license to access the Website applies to all Non-Human Visitors. Non-Human Visitors include, but are not limited to, web spiders, bots, indexers, robots, crawlers, harvesters, or any other computer programs designed to access, read, compile or gather content from the Website automatically.
You do not claim intellectual property right or exclusive ownership to any of our products or services, whether modified or unmodified. All products and services are the property of Susano. Our products and services are provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our organization be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential, or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products or services.
This Agreement does not transfer from Susano to you any Susano or third party intellectual property, and all right, title and interest in and to such property will remain solely with Susano. Susano, the Susano domain, the Susano logo, and all other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with Susano, or the Website are trademarks or registered trademarks of Susano or Susano's licensors.
When placing an order from Susano you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
Susano may terminate your access to all or any part of the Website at any time, based upon our grounds of termination, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your Susano account, you may simply discontinue using the Website.
If your account has been terminated you are not entitled to any refund of payments made for the Susano software.
Susano may terminate access under any of the following conditions:
Products classified as "Permanent" or "Lifetime" does not imply indefinite support or service for that product, but rather implies that you will have permanent access to the product so long as it is supported. If a permanent product is discontinued, we will support and maintain it for a reasonable amount of time after your initial purchase.
You may request a refund provided you contact us within 24 hours of purchase, with a valid reason. After these 24 hours we will not accept any requests for refund. We reserve the right to have the final say in what constitutes a valid reasoning under all circumstances.
Licensee will not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, techniques, processes, algorithms, know-how or other information from the binary code portions of the Susano technology (collectively, "Reverse Engineering") or permit or induce the foregoing.
Any information supplied to or obtained by Licensee under this section is confidential information of Susano, and may only be used by Licensee for the purpose described in this section, and will not be disclosed to any third party or used to create any software which is substantially similar to the expression of the Susano technology.
In no event will Susano, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement or substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data; or (iv) for any amounts that exceed the fees paid by you to Susano during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action.
Susano does not hold itself responsible for any damage you may incur on yourself or other parties while using the Susano software. You agree to not use Susano for malicious purposes and to not intentionally cause damage to other parties or their property.
The materials on Susano's Website are provided 'as is'. Susano makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Your personal information is not required to visit the Susano website. The following data may be collected:
The Susano website relies on "cookie" technology to allow you to re-access your registered account profile during a web session. This mechanism is employed solely for your convenience and for no other purpose.
Your information is maintained on a secure web server in what we believe to be a well protected environment. Susano only shares personal information to billing companies for completing transactions and for no other purpose. No other information is shared with any other third-party company for any purpose, under any circumstance.
Susano makes every effort to preserve your privacy. Personal information may be disclosed when required by law where we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or legal process.
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this page and other places we deem appropriate so our visitors are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
If we are going to use visitors' personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection, we will notify users by posting a notice on our website for 30 days.
Susano reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
